Big changes happened this week.
My nutrition plan suddenly escalated to full strength: 120g daily protein and restarting weight gain plan. I initially planned to ignore getting enough protein for building muscle because it’s costly. Since I can’t guarantee my life will be short, I need to maintain my body’s muscle mass if I want to make life less dreadful in my older years.
My first 100 hour cycle is close to complete. What’s left is to do a few hours of marketing aka writing into the void.
