Weekly Review: Week 1 (1-7 September 2025)

My perfectionism tells me I need to have the perfect structure figured out before I can start writing this review, but I’m not going to listen to it. I’ll start by simply stating some of my current goals and habits/systems.

Goals & Systems

  1. Launch my Flowtime/Third Time (one, two articles on the method) app. Web app for now because that’s the easiest and cheapest to deploy.
  2. Working on Overcoming Social Anxiety Step by Step. I’ve restarted this program for many times and never finished it once, but I hope to change it this time around. I have just finished Session 4 earlier today and I have 21 more sessions to go.
  3. Thinking of starting a meal prepping routine. I’m trying to eat more but I dread the need to cook every day and I have to cook more often too because of the higher calorie intake I set for myself. Meal prepping should help make eating more a lot easier.

Mental Health I’m not the most healthy mentally. Social anxiety and depression are still plaguing my mind. I think of giving up every day, but there’s no point in doing so. The only thing I can do is try to improve what I can. On a scale of 0 to 10, 0 is terrible and 10 is great, my mental health score is around 3 to 5. Not the worst I have experienced; that’s one thing I can be grateful for.

Tools Amazing Marvin is borderline amazing so far. I use it as a planner and to-do list.
